Steve Pavlina, entrepreneur and founder of Dexterity Software, has started blogging. If you've never heard of Steve before, he has written quite a few good articles on software development and personal productivity. His blog is devoted to personal productivity and development. Apparently, according to his home page, he's working on a new book to be published later this year tentatively titled The Software Self-Publishing Guide: How to Intelligently Develop, Successfully Market, and Profitably Sell Your Own Software.

I haven't had a chance to read all of his articles, yet, but what I've read is pretty good. Some of it is common sense, but sometimes you need to be reminded of this stuff. Recommended!
