Real Software, the makers of REALbasic are, for a limited time, giving away free licenses for REALbasic Standard Edition for users of Visual Basic 6. This is in response to Microsoft ending support for Visual Basic 6, which has upset a lot of developers. REALbasic includes a VB converter, so if you're currently using VB 6 and have no plans to upgrade to .NET, then maybe REALbasic is for you. Note that the offer for a free license is only valid through the end of March.
