Josh Kaufman  recently posted a list of 40 books that he has gathered into what he calls the Personal MBA 40. He has also started a Web site called www.personalmba.com to discuss these books.

Compiling a list such as this is an interesting concept to me. In many respects, I believe that many people can benefit by reading books such as these to get a better understanding of business principles. My undergraduate degree is in business, so I spent several years reading, studying and discussing business books, and very few of those listed in Josh's list were in my curriculum; however, at least some of them should have been. Check out the list.
